The terms on which we sell to you. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. If something is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full rather than sending you something you did not choose.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping is shown separately at checkout: free above ₹2,500, otherwise ₹99.
Payment is taken at checkout through PhonePe, which supports UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. We never receive or store your card details.
Orders are dispatched within two working days and typically arrive within three to six working days across India. You will receive a tracking number when your parcel is collected.
We do not currently ship outside India. Delivery estimates are estimates — we will keep you informed if anything is delayed.
You may return any piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags attached. We pay the return postage.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of the return reaching us. Original shipping is refunded too if you return the whole order.
If a piece arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right at our cost, whatever the timeframe.
You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it ships — email us and we will refund you in full. Once a parcel is with the courier it needs to be handled as a return.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
