- How long does NY Label take to deliver?
- Orders are dispatched within two working days and typically arrive within three to six working days anywhere in India. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.
- Is shipping free?
- Shipping is free on orders over ₹2,500. Below that it is a flat ₹99 anywhere in India.
- Can I return a saree if it is not right?
- Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return any piece for a full refund, provided it is unworn, unwashed, the fall has not been stitched and the tags are attached. We pay the return postage — email us and we will send a prepaid label. A saree whose blouse piece has already been cut cannot be returned.
- Do you stitch the fall and pico before shipping?
- Yes, free on every silk saree — the fall is stitched along the lower border and the raw edges are picoed before dispatch. Say so in the order notes if you would rather receive it untouched; a saree returned with the fall already stitched by us is still fully refundable.
- How long does a refund take?
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the return reaching us. If you return an entire order, the original shipping charge is refunded as well.
- Does NY Label ship internationally?
- Not at the moment. We ship across India only. If you are outside India and want something, email us — we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
- What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
- Email us with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund you in full at our cost, regardless of how long it has been.
