Wild tussar silk in its natural gold, spun from ghicha yarn so the surface keeps its slubs and its dry, papery hand. Not a shiny silk — a textured one.
Hand-painted Madhubani fish and peacock motifs run along the pallu, painted after weaving by artists in Bhagalpur.
100% tussar ghicha silk, natural dye hand-painting
Dry clean only — the hand-painted pallu will not survive water. Store rolled rather than folded through the painted panel.
